• Payments are generally non-refundable once the service period or campaign has started.
• Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or other advertising networks are subject to those platforms’ respective refund policies.
• Campaign results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, audience behavior, and other factors. Therefore, payment cannot be refunded solely because a particular number of leads, sales, clicks, or conversions was not achieved.

4. Cancellation Requests

Clients may request cancellation by contacting us through email or phone.
